Preparation: Divalicious!

Our current infant carseat has caused contention and stress in my marriage since the day Matt bought it... I hate it! It's ugly, brown and neutral. Last pregnancy I was shoulder-deep in schoolwork so I couldn't worry about it. This pregnancy, however, I have searched, pondered and prayed over finding a fix for the carseat.

So, unborn-baby-no-name's carseat has officially had a carseat makeover! I didn't want to buy an entire new carseat, but I wanted something totally funky and divalicious! Check out how unborn-baby-no-name will be cruising in style!

(Are you just dying over the daisies on the sides!? It makes me want to cry little hot pink tears!)

I didn't want an exact matching cover, but something just as fun! Hopefully unborn-baby-no-name won't have issues from staring at those funky polka-dots! :) I was going to attempt to make one of these on my own, but let's face it, it would've turned out awful! ;) I ordered both of these from etsy.com. I'm completely IN LOVE with that website.

I also found unborn-baby-no-name's "coming home outfit"! It's not complete yet, but as soon as I find the final touches I'll post pictures! (If you haven't been to the new Carter's store in Sandy... GO! I've never been so happy in my entire life! It was like shopping-Disneyland for Mommies!) I have found that it is impossible to shop for just one baby. I can't buy something for unborn-baby-no-name without buying something equally as cute for Holynd. It's a terrible habit, but one I'm not willing to break!

Name Update! I think we have settled on a name. I haven't decided if I want to officially announce it yet... but maybe soon! Now that we have a pretty-for-sure-name I can finally finish the girls' nursery. I decided to keep them in one room for the time being. Maybe when Holynd moves to her big girl bed, we'll separate them, but we'll see how this works first. I did find some cradle bedding that will match with what Holynd already has!

If you're starting to think I've completely went insane over baby-preparations, you're correct. But remember, I'm "nesting" for two babies. I didn't get to "nest" with Holynd's pregnancy because I was learning how to run Regressional Analysis for varying markets around the globe... so there!
