So I was reading over past posts... (Holynd fell asleep on her stomach again, so I'm sitting here, stranded on the couch, watching her.) I came across our Madame Zaritska prediction...
Madame Zaritska our resident clairvoyant, wants to help you prepare for the arrival of your child. Here she does her best to predict certain aspects of your labor and birth experience.
What she senses for you....
The day you deliver, outside will be windy. Your baby will arrive in the evening. After a labor lasting approximately 6 hours, your child, a boy, will be born. Your baby will weigh about 6 pounds, 3 ounces, and will be 19-1/2 inches long. This child will have hazel eyes and be almost bald.
Dear Madame Zariska..... Our baby was a girl. Labor took 19 HOURS! She was 6lbs 15oz, 20 inches long with hair. I delivered at 10:56AM. Oh, and her eyes are blue....
Nice try.
PS: You really had my hopes up with the 6 hour labor prediction... I may sue.

The Humans Are Dead!!!!!!
Matt and I are going to see the Flight of the Conchords again! May 17th, we can hardly wait! We're going with Matt (Ward) and Alissa! I had to brag!!!! Those of you who aren't addicted to their music, HBO show and comedy act need to start watching/listening! They're so funny!

We saw them last year in San Francisco and it was totally worth the trip! (And this time I will NOT have morning sickness! YAY!) Bean's a little bummed out she won't be there this time, but she'll have a killer time with G-Ma!
"000001, 000011, 000111! Com'on sucker lick my batteries! Boogie! Boogie! Boogie! Robo Boogie!!! The Human are Dead! Once again without emotion.... The Humans are DEAD DEAD DEAD DEAD DEAD DEAD!"

Thumb-sucking...
So Holynd has always liked to suck on her fingers when she's starting to get hungry. However, today she finally found her thumb... She was so cute while she was laying on her stomach, happy as can be, with her thumb in her mouth.
Later on, I put her on her tummy again. (She's starting to try and roll over, so whenever she's awake and happy we put her on her tummy.) She started sucking on her thumb again. Fearing that her thumb would fall off, I stuck a binkie in her mouth. She later fell sound asleep. She was sleeping so sound, that I didn't have the heart to wake her up and roll her over. So I took pictures instead!
I decided to post 'cause I don't dare leave her alone while she's sleeping on her belly!

Our Baby Holl-e-Bean!
We haven't updated in awhile and I thought I would get on and let everyone know were still alive! Holynd is a month old now. (I cried the night before she turned a month old. I can't believe it went by so fast!) She is growing like a weed and has outgrown all her newborn clothes. However, she's still too small for 0-3 month clothes.... I don't know who came up with baby sizes but, the inventor obviously has never had kids.
So, Bean has a hard time sleeping at night. She's likes to sleep from 6pm to 11pm and then stay up all night long. It wouldn't be a problem, except for she likes one of us to stay up with her. One of my sister-in-laws suggested moving bathtime to right before bed instead of in the morning, 'cause she would stay awake during the bath. NOPE! Not our child. Here she is in her bathtub... ASLEEP!
Drying off! She woke up for this 'cause she hates lotion!
After the bath idea went south, we tried the shower.... Not any better. She loves it so much that when we get her out, she cries and we can't get her to calm down.
So, we're still working on the sleeping thing. She's a little spoiled even when she does sleep. She has to sleep in our bed with one of us propped up and holding her. We love her to death, but she's really hard to sleep next to. She loves to kick in her sleep, grunt and snore. (She gets the kicking from me and the snoring from her dad.) Usually by morning, Matt and I are squished on one side of the bed and she's on the other side all spread out.
