A Lot of Nothing...

What have we been up to?

A lot of nothing. Which I love. It's exactly how I wanted these last months to be. I started preparing early so that most of this time could be about Holl-e-wood and Baloanie. We spend most of our days playing with a little nesting on the side. Pure bliss.

Sloane has been extra clingy lately, maybe she senses something in the air. Anywho.... I don't mind so much. I love to hold her and tickle her back while she sucks her thumb. Even if it means that I have to put a heating pad on my aching back every night.

Holynd has a new fascination with playing "Haircut Store". If you stop by anytime after three, chances are my hair will be quite interesting. Sometimes I wonder how we'll ever squeeze in time to play trucks and...... whatever else boys play. (Note to self: Figure out what little boys like to play).

We do have some big news though.

We're pregnant!

Haha! You already knew that! Confused you for a second, didn't I?

That's not our big news. Our big news is that Sloanie-Baloanie has graduated from baby to toddler. She is walking everywhere. However, this does not keep me from calling her my baby, nope. Heck, I still call Holynd my baby! As far as I'm concerned, they'll be babies until they leave me. I'm hoping to get a video of her soon. She's so sweet that you'll get cavitities just watching her. ;)

We're getting really excited to meet our baby brother. I hope he's excited to meet us.

And play Haircut Store.

PS: For those that are wondering, September did NOT remain puke-free. Maybe another reason I'm glad that baby preparations are almost done.

PPS: We are very grateful that we were able to celebrate a "mock" anniversary a few weeks ago. It was a much needed getaway that including a trip to Park City to do even more shopping for baby. And sisters. You can't NOT shop for girls! It also gave me time to watch Matt hang everything on the nursery walls. What hard work that can be. ;)
