10 toys have been drug out and then put away and then drug back out.
9 = the amount of times I have swept the floor
8 handfuls of cereal I have given Sloanie to keep her entertained while trying to scrub milk and yogurt out of the couch (Probably the reason the floor has been swept so much).
7 = the amount of times I have pulled Holynd out of the refridgerator. Yes, you may recall me mentioning that we needed to childproof of the fridge. It was childproofed. Holynd, however, figured out how to undo the latch in a week.
6 = the amount of times I have fed Sloane because she has an awful runny nose and thinks that non-stop nursing will help.
5 books have been read to children who don't want to take naps.
4 loads of laundry have been done because I'm trying to salvage a laundry day the best I can.
3 friends have been over. Which we love!
2 sippy cups full of milk which have had lids pulled off and spilled all over my couch
1 crayons have been eaten and then shared with Sloane. Sloane does not think crayons taste good. Holynd doesn't either, but she keeps eating them!
0 = the amount of times mom has been able to brush her teeth, shower, brush hair, change clothes, eat (nope haven't eaten yet), etc.
This countdown = the reason why I am an avid Diet Pepsi drinker.
This blog post = Holynd thinks it's facinating to watch me type, so we're typing random stuff to keep her happy while she eats lunch.
Husband, remember when you were on Christmas break and you were home with us in the mornings? Remember how you used to get up with the girls and I would be able to shower etc, while you helped with breakfast and what not? That was awesome.
I am officially putting everyone down for a nap.
I still think being a mom is the BEST job in the world.
Love it!!!
