*Princess Tiana (Holynd) with food in her mouth.*
I'm here to confess.
I did something awful.
I mentioned earlier that we had been invited to a few birthday parties. We love celebrating with friends. The first birthday party Holynd was invited to since we moved was the cute little girl next door. The invitation read, "Princess Party!".
This mom had no idea what" Princess Party" meant. Maybe if they had written "Meet and Discuss Current Fiscal Policy Party" I'd had known to be better prepared.
Anyway, we showed up. Holynd dressed in jeggings and a tunic and everyone else was......
Well, they were all wearing princess dresses.
Holynd was sad.
So, here it is in writing: I'm a bad mom.
I was always the child that would rather have bigger presents then have my parents spend money on Princess Parties. Greedy? Probably.
We got invited to another party shortly thereafter. When the invitation came to us covered in Princess stickers, I knew I had to be prepared this time.
Luckily, since it's Halloween time, Holynd had her pick of Princess dresses.
She chose Princess Tiana. Everyone thought she was Tinkerbell, but Holynd didn't mind. She had her Princess dress.

She is such a little mini-T! I can't get over how much she looks like you in this picture. What a doll!
