This is how I found her this morning.
I'm a little worried.
We'd also like to know if spring is "officially" here yet. Our tree outside (that's slowly taking over our deck) has blossomed! Holynd gets mad if I pick the blossoms. She tries to put them back on the tree. She also likes to tell the bees, "No, no, no" when they get too close to her.
Holynd does something new everyday. I can't believe how well she understands and communicates. Lately she's been telling me when she would like her diaper changed. She comes up to me and points to her diaper and says "Owie". I don't think the slightly wet diaper hurts her, she just knows that dry diapers are so much more comfy!
I feel so lucky to stay home with her and watch all the funny things she does. I'm excited (and nervous) to see what she teaches her sissy-monster. Stay tuned for a video of Holynd dancing. Her bootie-shake is getting quite impressive. I have yet to sneak the video camera out without her noticing. As soon as she sees the video camera, she just wants to be the person running the video camera. And believe me, you don't want to see a video of me coaxing the video camera out of her hand from her angle. I look huge and bloated from a normal angle, let alone from Holynd's angle. :)
Full term (37 weeks) is just a little over four weeks away! I should be ordering the last few things I need (want) tomorrow... (I'm taking one more day to think my stroller purchase through). I've been researching like crazy about double-strollers. After all the research and online shopping, I finally decided on just having a tandem and side-by-side stroller. I can always sell the one I hate. I've also been playing "musical cradle bedding". I can't find the exact kind/color I want and I keep sending/taking stuff back. A special thank you to my awesome husband for not pulling out his hair over all the baby preparations! {***Post-Edit***After reading this post, Matt commented that his hair isn't coming out... it's just turning gray. That's good... I guess :) }
We do have a name... even a middle name to go with it. But it's becoming kinda fun not having it "officially" announced. I'm a little drunk with the little power I've been given, as far as names go.
I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow. My first "two-week" appointment. I don't know why, but the bi-weekly and then weekly appointments somehow make you think time is going by faster.
PS: 4 weeks until full term!
PS (Again!): Did I mention just four weeks until Baby-Ne is full-term!? (Ok, four weeks and like three days... but who's counting!?)
Happy Mothers Day!! :) Holynd and baby no name are lucky to have you!! :)
