Updates!

So school started this week... YAY! Bean and I ride Trax up to campus everyday, carry a huge bookbag (I'm taking 7 classes, so I have a lot of books to carry...) to all my classes and then ride all the way home. Needless to say, we encounter some very interesting people on our commute. Matt, who's still working a million hours per week... is taking most of his classes online. So he gets a break from sitting in classes for hours on end.

Bean also has an ultrasound scheduled for September 2nd! Matt and I are really excited to find out what we are having. Matt thinks were having a boy and I think were having a girl... So it will be interesting to see who's intuition is correct. :) I'm also excited to get rid of the people who keep asking me about it all the time! Everywhere you go, strangers ask when you are due, what you are having and then give their two cents worth of advice... SICK OF IT!

FYI FOR ADVICE GIVERS: Yes, I know it only gets worse. Yes, I know I shouldn't be drinking that Diet Coke (Which I can now drink again... Thank goodness!!!!!) Yes, I am aware that babies are expensive, messy, a HUGE responsibility and stink most of the time! No, I don't care to hear about your pregnancies, labor, deliveries or parenting horror stories. Sorry, but I don't think, knowing who my doctor is, if I'm having an epidural or not, if I'm planning on immunizing my baby and what kind of Prenatal Vitamin I'm taking, is really any of your business! Yes, I know that eating for two doesn't mean I can eat everything in sight. (And frankly, I'm just glad I can eat without getting sick now, so bite me!) AND NO YOU MAY ABSOLUTELY NOT TOUCH MY BELLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am round, tired, unhappy, miserable and usually really really hungry... So I wouldn't tread in those waters. If you would like to keep all your limbs, please, just hand me a Big Mac and Diet Coke and GET THE HECK OUT OF MY WAY! (I've been blessed with a great support group... AKA my own mother, sister-in-laws, friends and many many books... I do not require advice from someone I've never spoken to before.)

I'm also posting our Madame Zaritska prediction!! Just for fun! Enjoy!

Madame Zaritska, our resident clairvoyant, wants to help you prepare for the arrival of your child. Here she does her best to predict certain aspects of your labor and birth experience.

What she senses for you....

The day you deliver, outside will be windy. Your baby will arrive in the evening. After a labor lasting approximately 6 hours, your child, a boy, will be born. Your baby will weigh about 6 pounds, 3 ounces, and will be 19-1/2 inches long. This child will have hazel eyes and be almost bald.
